The master bedroom in the rear is quite spacious with plenty of storage a queen size bed. In the front of the trailer a second bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room has a futon that pulls out to a full size bed. Able to sleep 4 guest in total. If you have any questions that pertain to the layout of my trailer, please feel free to ask. There is ample parking for cars and pickup trucks. If you need to park a big rig, tractor trailer, etc arrangements can be made with prior notice for additional fee. My trailer is better suited for 3 people but can sleep up to 5 with shared beds. It just depends on the parties preference and how close in proximity they'd like to be with their guest. The host or property manager will be available daily to check in with guest and any possible needs you may have.
